On August 28, 2024, Mercury stations direct in Leo, ending its retrograde. During August’s Mercury retrograde, the cosmic messenger planet started its retrograde in Virgo and trekked backward into Leo. Therefore, this Mercury retrograde developed on our inner Virgo traits, responsibility, mindfulness, maturity, and Leo’s qualities, confidence, self-assertion, and pride.

When Mercury stations direct, Mercury retrograde ends. From our perspective on Earth, the planet of communication no longer appears to be moving in a backward motion, allowing us to make more productive, strategic moves. When Mercury retrograde ends, we breathe a collective sigh of relief.

Mercury retrogrades are about slowing down to reprocess, redefine, and see circumstances differently. However, with our busy lives, we often push through regardless, creating brain fog, frustration, miscommunications, and technological glitches. When Mercury retrograde ends, our time in the spiritual schoolhouse ends. The school bell rings, and we’re free. Making decisions, clearing relationship tensions, resolving mechanic and technical issues, and witnessing life with clarity become much more accessible.

What to Do When Mercury Retrograde Ends, The Post-Shadow Period

Retrograde ending gives us a reprieve from all the miscommunication and annoyances we’ve been dealing with since August 5 — but we’re not totally out of the woods. Mercury retroshade occurs during the two weeks after the retrograde (it lasts until September 11), meaning we still have to deal with the consequences of the past several weeks. During this time, we may uncover secrets, make emotional discoveries, and forge a new path for ourselves. Confusion, uncertainty, and matters of the heart intensify when romantic planet Venus opposes deceptive Neptune in the sky. We might find ourselves in a rapturous and all encompassing situation or the victims of lies. The caveat is that we’ll want to believe in the truth so much that it will make us see matters through highly tinted rose colored glasses. Try to be compassionate to others and yourself. Most importantly, implement boundaries.

When Mercury retrograde ends, we must remain mindful of the post-shadow period. Many astrology fans jokingly call this time the “retro shade.” The post-shadow period is when Mercury needs to readjust and regain its total functional capacity after a retrograde. Therefore, while the Mercury retrograde ending means the worst confusion is typically over, the post-shadow period is about gradually building up to a swift pace instead of revving the engine too fast or too soon.

Post-Shadow Date for Mercury Retrograde, August 2024

The Mercury Retrograde post-shadow period for August 2024 retrograde lasts until September 11, 2024. During this time, take your time. There’s no need to rush. While you can begin to sign contracts, make decisions, and deal with other matters we tend to hold off on during the retrograde cycle; we’ll want to gradually become accustomed to our normal methods.

Now that the retrograde is ending, we can celebrate blessings, growth, and newfound clarity. Read on to discover what Mercury retrograde ending means, what to do, and don’t forget to read your rising and moon sign also.

At the Full Moon in Aquarius on Monday, August 19th, 2024, unexpected events, insights or revelations will challenge our comfort zones.

The truth will set you free. YAYYYY !!!    But first, it will piss you off.  SIGH…..

READ ON…

And that’s not only because the Full Moon is in the rebellious, breakthrough-oriented sign of Aquarius… but also because the Full Moon is exactly squaring its ruler, Uranus. That’s an Aquarius double whammy, and a double dose of breakthrough and change. There’s somehow only one week left of Leo season—but not without a full moon first. This time around, it will be in the sign of Aquarius and will be exactly on Monday, August 19, at 2:26 p.m. EDT. As the third of four full moons this season, it will be a blue moon, and because its orbit will be relatively closer to Earth, the moon will appear larger than usual, AKA a super moon.

We have:

Sun at 27° Leo, Moon at 27° Aquarius, Squaring Uranus, at 27° Taurus. The Full Moon in Aquarius forms a fixed T-square with Uranus at the apex. This Full Moon ‘screams’ Uranus.

Unexpected outcomes might take us by surprise. Sudden developments may ask us to rethink our approach or adapt quickly to new circumstances. Newfound clarity may help us understand the reality of a matter that we previously overlooked. A word about Uranus.  Uranus is almost synonymous with the tagline expect the unexpected because Uranus rules change, disruption of the status quo, and radical breakthroughs. But what often happens when we have a Uranus transit is that while the changes may feel sudden, deep down, we kind of knew it all along. Somehow, our higher self knew the truth.

It’s our material, 3D Self that hasn’t quite caught up with Uranus’s message. Uranus is the first planet that is invisible to the naked eye. This means that its influence is subtle, invisible, and operates on a different plane of awareness. Uranus works differently. We might not ‘see’ the signs, even with our glasses on. That’s because with Uranus, we need to look beyond the obvious. We need to tap into a subtler reality that is not governed by our physical senses and ordinary perception. In Uranus’ realm, concepts and ideas are formed and seeded long before they manifest. This is where the blueprint for change begins. In astrology, Uranus is the father sky. When Uranus’ lightning strikes the earth, electricity is sparked, and life is formed. Uranus, the higher octave of Mercury, is like the higher brain of the Universe. Uranus has a meta perspective and the ability to ‘see’ beyond the mundane. Whatever happens during a Uranus transit comes from the higher realms of existence. What occurs during a Uranus transit is always the right thing, even if it doesn’t seem that way.

First, It Will Piss You Off

So if Uranus is guiding us toward the right thing, why do we resist it? Why does it piss us off at first? It’s because there’s a gap between how we make sense of the world (through the planets up to Saturn), what we think things should be, and what truly makes sense from a higher perspective (Uranus). Saturn teaches us to ‘follow the plan’, ‘set objectives’, ‘work our way to success’, and ‘try harder’. To achieve our objectives, we follow a script, a plan, and we hold onto a specific outcome we hope will play out. But things rarely work out the way we plan. Why? Because in life there are simply too many variables at play, and what makes sense to us as individuals does not necessarily align with the higher perspective of the universe. When things don’t go as expected, we get frustrated. We get pissed off. We blame the world. We blame Uranus, the planet of the unexpected. This resistance is an absolutely normal part of the process of growth and change, and a natural progression from living our lives on Saturn’s terms, to inviting Uranus’ higher perspective.

The Truth Will Set You Free

Yet, after the dust settles, when we look back, we often see that Uranus’ intervention was a blessing in disguise. It was the right thing, the natural thing, even if it wasn’t what we initially wanted. Uranus’s strange serendipities and disruptions eventually lead us closer to the truth and further along our path. The crisis we experienced, however unsettling, was the catalyst for much-needed change. You may be familiar with the ancient Chinese character for crisis, which is composed of two parts: one that means danger or threat and the other that means opportunity or crucial point. This means that a threat contains, within its DNA, the seed of an opportunity.

A crisis has a way of making us fully connect with ourselves and the world. And from that place of aliveness and alignment, we see things more clearly. A Eureka moment emerges, and from that higher perspective, we understand the bigger picture. Things just ‘click’. At the Full Moon in Aquarius, connect yourself with that part of you that is attuned to the energy of Uranus and Aquarius.

And ask yourself: What am I resisting, and why? What is Uranus trying to show me? What is the higher perspective? What opportunities are hidden within the challenges I’m facing? Depending on where this moon lands in your birth chart, we all have something different to expect. Here’s what to know.

Note: Be sure to check your sun and rising sign.

Aries
This full moon is landing in your 11th house of networks and larger community, Aries. This time is asking you to think about what changes and shifts are happening within your communities. What is inspiring you here? What in your community is propelling you to move forward?, Those are the questions to be thinking about right now, as well as what needs to be released so you can better connect with your community.

Taurus
With the full moon lighting up your 10th house of career and public image, Taurus, the work front is your focus right now. You might feel pressure around necessary career changes right now—whether that’s a horizontal change, a lateral one, or even changing careers all together. Overall, this moon is really asking you what your bigger vision is, and how you’re embracing it with where you want to go with your purpose and work.

Gemini
Feeling expansive, Gemini? This Aquarius full moon is spotlighting your house of travel and higher knowledge. And because Aquarius is a sign that ushers in change, what changes need to happen for you to gain that higher perspective? Under this moon, you’ll need to learn something new—or even unlearn some limiting beliefs—in order to get there. And since the ninth house rules travel, travel and literal expansion might help you in that process.

Cancer
This could be an intense full moon for you, Cancer, as it moves through your mysterious eighth house of transformation, vulnerability, and intimacy. This is an introspective energy for you, encouraging you to look within at what needs to be let go. For instance you might be keeping truths from yourself, or neglecting your inner child. What truths need to be revealed to you? It’s really about getting clear on your internal voice, as well as looking at the changes that need to happen in your really close relationships, such as where you’re not showing up authentically.

Leo
With the full moon lighting up your seventh house of long term partnership, Leo, relationships are the name of the game for you right now. And there’s a specific focus on change within your relationships—whether they be business or romantic. These changes are here to broaden your perspective, After all, Aquarius urges us all to try something new, so ask yourself where a fresh perspective could support your relationships. It definitely might feel uncomfortable, but it’s important for you to see what it’s trying to teach you.

Virgo
It’s almost your birthday season, Virgo, so what better time to buckle down and really focus on yourself? With the full moon moving through your sixth house of self care and routines (the house your sign happens to be associated with), it’s a time for you to address—and change—the ways you’re not showing up for yourself. And as your ruling planet, Mercury, continues its retrograde period, you’re getting a double-dose of reflection time. Which habits of yours aren’t helping you grow? Which parts of your routine could you use more of, and vice versa, what needs to be let go? These are the questions to ask yourself right now.

Libra
Feeling passionate, Libra? As this Aquarius full moon spotlights your fifth house of creative expression, you might feel some exciting shifts on the horizon in terms of what really lights you up. Ask yourself how your creative expression is trying to shift your perspective. How can you allow creativity to change you? Creativity is a powerful source that we use, because it’s this internal intuition that allows us to express what we’re feeling energetically, Creative expression is Libra’s tool for change right now.

Scorpio
With this Aquarius full moon landing in your fourth house of family and home, Scorpio, that’s the focus for you right now. This could include elements of family or roommate dynamics, but also the physical, tangible energy of your home itself, So for Scorpio, you’re going to see changes within your home life, and though it might be uncomfortable, because it’s happening within such a safe and internal space for them, these changes are coming to shift dynamics for the better, to be in better alignment with you.

Sagittarius
Feeling chatty, Sagittarius? This airy full moon lights up your third house of communication and information, so you’ll be feeling the urge to say what you need to say, because that is how you can bring about change right now. Just remember that Mercury is still retrograde, so signals are getting crossed left and right. If you’re feeling impulsive—which Sag’s can definitely be—remember to take a beat and think twice before pressing send. It’s possible you could say something that doesn’t really land with others, so while you shouldn’t hold yourself back, just remember your audience.

Capricorn
Money on your mind? This full moon in Aquarius is spotlighting your second house of possessions and material security, so it’s a time for you to reflect on what changes need to happen within your finances. This could also relate to your thoughts and values around money, as well as your assets and time. Are there any fresh perspectives around these areas that could be more supportive than your current way of doing things? Maybe you’ve been doing things that are sucking your money and assets from you, and so you need to address how you’re looking at this area of your life and create new budget systems that can help you move forward.

Aquarius
This is your full moon, Aquarius, as it lands in your first house of self and identity. As such, you’re doing some deep digging around who you are in this life, and how you’re showing up in the world. You might also be feeling some big shifts around your identity. Perhaps you’re finally ready to start a fresh chapter, change something big, or reevaluate your purpose. Whatever it is, you’re learning new things about yourself and your character, and your identity is shifting in the process.

Pisces
This could be an intense full moon for you, Pisces, and it moves through your 12th house of endings, closure, and the subconscious. And you’re already the ruler of the subconscious realm, so this moon is pushing you to dive even deeper into your own intuition and dream world.

It’s everyone’s favorite time of year again. That’s right—Mercury retrograde (cue the sigh……) will soon be upon us. Expect exes sliding into your DMs, getting stuck in traffic, accidentally double-booking plans, experiencing technological issues, and so much more. In other words, prepare to share a single collective brain cell for the next three weeks as gaffes abound.

Mercury is the planet of communication, information, intellect, and minutia (like scheduling, charging your cell phone, etc.); the planet stations retrograde three to four times a year. Mercury retrograde can teach us lessons in attentiveness and clarity. We are reminded to focus more, never assume, and double-check everything.

The August Mercury retrograde bounces between two signs, starting in Virgo and ending in Leo. Mercury in Virgo is typically a happy camper, approaching life through a keen lens that quickly rationalizes the information coming in and out of their daily life. When Mercury stations retrograde in Virgo, however, we can see this ordinarily rational perspective embracing the side of Virgo that worries over plans and nitpicks at everything. From August 5 to August 14, while Mercury retrograde is in Virgo, anticipate anxieties surrounding the little things will pick up. You might feel frustrated when you or a coworker shows up 15 minutes late—or overwhelmed by the pile of clothes and dishes that never seems to go away. Doom scrolling on WebMD rather than just calling up your doctor…All these things give the tone of what Mercury retrograde in Virgo does. The first half of Mercury retrograde provides an opportunity to find awareness in the areas where we need more structure, routine, and planning, setting clear reminders for ourselves and others of what we need to ensure our circadian rhythms don’t go out of whack.

The second half of Mercury retrograde, taking place from August 14 to 28, is when Mercury slides back into Leo. The focus shifts away from external factors that might throw our work, health, or daily lives off balance, and we begin to look at how we view ourselves internally. Mercury in Leo is a confident communicator with a strong sense of self and the ability to understand who they are and their place in the world. When Mercury stations retrograde in Leo, we feel like we are in a fishbowl with all eyes on us. Our mind fixates on the ego, the sense of self, and how we interpret who we are based on the information we receive. You might find, during the second half of Mercury retrograde, you are less inclined to share your opinion. And if you do, it is often misunderstood. There might be moments of imposter syndrome or questioning yourself. Mercury retrograde in Leo allows us to examine how we communicate with ourselves, where we lack confidence, and why we should take up more space. The second half of the Mercury retrograde will be an excellent time to have daily affirmations, politely share your perspective, and remind yourself that someone else’s opinion of you is none of your business.

How Will It Affect Your Sign:

Aries

Retrograde Part 1: The first half of the Mercury retrograde will focus on your work, health, and routines. You might notice you are overextending yourself or need motivation to be more active. You are an Aries, so movement and momentum are always essential to keep as a regular practice. Consider what makes work and healthy habits more enjoyable; your gift is your ability to make life a game so it’s more bearable.

Retrograde Part 2: The second half of Mercury’s retrograde has the potential to inform how you have been letting yourself live life to its fullest. Are you fully embracing life’s pleasures or overindulging, taking in more than your fill? Use this second half of the Mercury retrograde to examine how you let your desire for immediate gratification influence your decision-making. It would be best to enjoy life’s pleasures, but not so much that they lose their luster.

Taurus

Retrograde Part 1: The first half of the Mercury retrograde will help you understand how judgment might impede your happiness. Are you too critical to let yourself indulge in the things that spark your curiosity, just because of what others might think? You might feel tension in your love life if there is too much of this critical judgment, so take time to remind yourself and your partner(s) of why you love each other in the first place.

Retrograde Part 2: The second half of Mercury’s retrograde can stir up some emotions. Maybe you feel lost or abandoned by your family, or even feel out of place at home. For Taurus, the key is to make your environment a sanctuary, especially the home. Don’t throw anything “new” into the fold right now—instead, focus on reconnecting with your foundations and let that be your security blanket.

Gemini

Retrograde Part 1: The first half of the Mercury retrograde will raise questions about where you stand with your family. You can see that the first half of this retrograde brings ample miscommunications, misunderstandings, and unnecessary drama within the family unit. You have a lot of thoughts and a sharp tongue, so watch out for saying something you might regret. Avoid discussing contentious topics right now, but keep a record of where judgment comes from at home.

Retrograde Part 2: In the second half of Mercury’s retrograde, you might ask, “Was I silent, or was I silenced?” You have the gift of gab, but you might feel like no one is hearing you right now. Don’t force your voice onto people who aren’t willing to listen. Take time to acknowledge your intelligence and wit rather than fixating on how others interpret your words. If you only say what everyone wants to hear, are you saying anything?

Cancer

Retrograde Part 1: The first half of Mercury’s retrograde will be a bit of an anxious time for you. You might worry more about the things you’d typically give a quick glance. Double- and triple-check your calendars to ensure you stay two steps ahead. There could be some drama between you and your siblings, so proceed with patience if they do not understand what you are trying to tell them.

Retrograde Part 2: The second half of Mercury’s retrograde will shift focus to matters of ego. The biggest question will be, do you value yourself as much as you say you do? You might feel sad and as if you aren’t worthy right now. To counter this, prioritize experiences and surround yourself with things that highlight your gifts. Mercury retrograde is trying to give you the confidence to say, I am worth it.

Leo

Retrograde Part 1: The first half of the Mercury retrograde will help you put your finances in line—if you’re smart about it. I tend to see Leo individuals go overboard during retrograde seasons, so be careful and attentive to where money is coming in and out. Practice simplicity and minimalism for the first two weeks to ensure you invest in only what you need right now

Retrograde Part 2: The second half of Mercury’s retrograde will help you to realign with yourself. You might sometimes feel like work, family, or other relationships are bogging you down and clouding your vision of yourself. The second half of this retrograde is trying to remind you of who you are when you stand alone, not when the rest of the world praises you. Who are you, and do you effectively share that with the world around you?

Virgo

Retrograde Part 1: The first half of the Mercury retrograde will bring awareness to your sense of self. You might feel like you are confused about your place in the world, or that you feel disconnected from the person you see in the mirror. Don’t make drastic aesthetic changes; you might regret those later ones. Focus on how the interior can be reflected externally, and if necessary, do some reintroductions to those who still hold a former image of yourself.

Retrograde Part 2: The second half of Mercury’s retrograde will let you dig up your most profound anxieties and insecurities. If you don’t have a therapeutic, meditative, or reflection routine, I recommend implementing one sooner rather than later. You might fear being seen or heard truthfully, so you prefer only to show the best. Find peace with your demons so you can be in control of them.

Libra

Retrograde Part 1: The first half of the Mercury retrograde has the potential to keep you up at night, asking what if? That is normal for you, though, as you always weigh the pros and cons. These what-ifs might feel heavier, making you examine past, present, and future outcomes. Please don’t get caught thinking about every path that could present itself, but rather solutions to your current path. Take it one day at a time.

Retrograde Part 2: The second half of Mercury’s retrograde will let you see where you fit into various social groups and communities. You might find that your goals and aspirations for yourself aren’t aligning with the people around you, so you have to go out looking for new connections. Passive people-pleasing will do you no favors right now—if you feel you are being pushed in a direction you aren’t happy with because of peer pressure, that is your cue to bounce.

Scorpio

Retrograde Part 1: The first half of the Mercury retrograde will bring awareness to how you plan your world domination! Maybe it won’t be that dramatic, but it will allow you to reassess how you have been looking toward the future. You go in 1000 percent with everything you do, so I have no doubts you will get to where you want to end up. But you might find that this first half of the retrograde will throw some roadblocks your way, forcing you to approach your goals with a new strategy.

Retrograde Part 2: The second half of Mercury’s retrograde will challenge you professionally. Be careful of lashing out if you notice you are not receiving the credit you desire for projects, or people aren’t listening to your feedback and suggestions. You might feel numb toward your work, but that allows you to ask, “Is this the work that I want to be doing?”

Sagittarius

Retrograde Part 1: The first half of the Mercury retrograde will require a systematic approach to your work if you want to survive. If you let your naturally impulsive side take over, you might be swamped with miscommunications, missing deadlines, and mishaps that impede your standing. Make sure that you take the work seriously. You can always mentally check out when you physically clock out, but when you are there, stay focused.

Retrograde Part 2: The second half of Mercury’s retrograde will allow you to let your mind wander a bit. You might start questioning your faith or personal philosophies, which could lead to an existential crisis. Rather than fixating on that, remember that the world is ever-changing, as are you, and it is a sign of growth that you are challenging yourself to think outside of the box you made for yourself.

Capricorn

Retrograde Part 1: The first half of Mercury’s retrograde will give you an opportunity to reflect on your learning. You might feel frustrated with the world’s development, but that opens a door for you to learn why it functions that way. This would be an interesting time to go back to school, whether literally or figuratively, through listening to podcasts, reading books, or having conversations that encourage you to understand a broader lens of the human experience.

Retrograde Part 2: The second half of Mercury’s retrograde might uncover bits of your past that you buried deep. A bruised ego might be part of the narrative as information challenges you to relinquish baggage and transform into a more authentic version of yourself. Be careful of holding onto resentment during the second half of the retrograde—there are always two sides to every story!

Aquarius

Retrograde Part 1: The first half of Mercury’s retrograde will provide opportunities to look at your shadow side. You might feel frustrated if old wounds challenge your ability to be open to others, and if you don’t have all the answers to solve the problem. Rather than looking for answers that move you forward, look backward to see the common thread that ties you to whatever you’re holding onto so you can yank it out, root, and stem.

Retrograde Part 2: The second half of Mercury’s retrograde will force you to examine your relationships. There will be moments where you want to pop off and cut ties with people, but err on the side of caution. If you have felt for a while that you aren’t being received or supported by the people you hold closest, consider voicing that and work to find a mutual path to resolution. You can’t assume everyone knows what you’re experiencing.

Pisces

Retrograde Part 1: The first half of the Mercury retrograde will allow you to rationalize your relationships—if you are patient with yourself and others. You might have moments of confusion where you question the bond’s validity or strength. Don’t let your anxiety cause a spiral; approach resolution in a rational way that clears the air rather than assuming someone has ill will.

Retrograde Part 2: The second half of Mercury’s retrograde might reveal that you haven’t been putting yourself at the center of your routine. Pisces tends to prioritize the needs of others, but the second half of this retrograde will force you to realize what you need for yourself. It is essential to ensure you flow on your terms.

Ten of Cups Upright

The Ten of Cups embodies happiness, joy, and emotional contentment, particularly in your relationships and family. You have created an abundance of love and happiness in your life, and you now share this love with others, expanding your heart even more. This card often appears when you are surrounded by your loved ones with whom you share a powerful and deep connection. You appreciate and support one another, and together, you help each other reach your highest potential. It brings you so much joy to see your loved ones succeed and live happy lives.

The Ten of Cups is the ‘happy family’ card, suggesting that your family relationships are harmonious and loving right now. No one is fighting or causing any tension; all family members are getting along with each other and sharing in the love and happiness that surrounds you. This card may appear in a reading when you are spending more time with family, perhaps on a holiday, reunion or event, where you can rest and relax together, creating fun and happy family memories and strong bonds.

The Ten of Cups is a positive card for romantic relationships and may indicate either a new and blissful relationship or a long-term commitment, such as engagement, marriage or starting a family together. You share an everlasting love and may believe that you are soul mates destined to be with one another.

When the Ten of Cups pops up in a Tarot reading, you have a sense of wholeness, completion, and alignment in your relationships with others. You are experiencing an idyllic state of peace, harmony and love where your dreams and wishes have come true. Take a moment to step back and appreciate everything you accomplished. You created a life of connection and bliss by following your heart and trusting your intuition.

The Ten of Cups encourages you to follow your heart and trust your intuition to lead you to the opportunities aligned with your Highest Good. Your feelings and emotions will guide you. When something feels fantastic, do more of it; and when something doesn’t feel right, do less of it. Allow your inner guidance to lead the way. Seek out opportunities that fulfil you and align with your personal values instead of following the path that others expect you to take.

Ten of Cups Reversed

When the reversed Ten of Cups card appears in a Tarot reading, you are seeking greater harmony and connection in your relationships. In your mind, you had wished for a beautiful, harmonious relationship, but in reality, you feel disconnected and disengaged from your loved one. It may seem as if something is missing, and you’re struggling to communicate honestly, empathize, and engage with one another. Each time you try to connect, something goes wrong, and you end up with even more distance between you. You may have unrealistic expectations of the relationship: that everything will be perfect and rosy every minute you are together. If this resonates, then realign your expectations and realize that every relationship has its ups and downs. Or, you may no longer be a fit for each other, in which case you may consider leaving.

The Ten of Cups invites you to seek out common ground with your loved ones and rebuild the relationship from there. See the other person as a Divine Being worthy of your love; and equally, see yourself as a Divine Being worthy of theirs. Love and be loved. Open the lines of communication and be ready to hold space for one another so you can reconnect on a deeper, more loving level. Be compassionate, understanding, and respectful, and seek harmony with one another.

The reversed Ten of Cups can also appear when you are contemplating what a loving relationship means for you. Rather than building relationships with others, you are focusing your attention inward so you can gain clarity around what you want from a relationship. Ask yourself what an ideal relationship looks like to you and how you want to give and receive love. Consider how you can bring more of this energy into your future relationships. You may look at your existing relationships and check in to see how these relationships align with your desires. Let go of any that no longer bring you fulfillment and happiness, and welcome in new relationships in alignment with your Highest Good.

The Ten of Cups reversed can reveal a misalignment of personal values. You are not living by your own values, nor are you being true to yourself. Instead, you are allowing others to decide what will and will not make you happy when you know you should determine that for yourself. As a result, you are questioning whether you believe in what you are doing. Bring your focus back to what truly makes you happy even if it differs from what others expect.

Finally, the reversed Ten of Cups may suggest that you are neglecting your family while you pursue more material goals such as progressing your career or making more money. Your work-life balance is out of whack, and you are spending less and less quality time with your family. If you continue to neglect your family, you’ll find that relationships will suffer and you may not achieve an overall sense of contentment and happiness as planned.
